*****

I will not burn a fire from my flame

And I will not give you my heart cause my heart is broken

So, walk on your way and go far

And let the monk of the darkness be in his prayer

I share with him his worries and his sorrows

Oh, tortured heart and absent tune!

Your breaths are burned and there is the tear of the pain in your eyes

It is enough for tears and groans

The breeze rebels and cries

And the night chants its songs

And the uncertain souls are wandering in my niche

Oh, the stranger! Don’t cry

Cause the withered flower cries with the tears of the dew

And the broken heart cries with its spilled blood

And becomes, through the days, a memory in the ribs

So don’t sing your sad and complaining songs

And let the night drape its curtain

On my dreams and my delusions

And let your uncertain soul wander in its world

and walk on your way and go far and let me be alone

Wandering in my world and worshiping in my niche

And you are alone there, in the exile of the kisses

And the road is covered with the red pain

And we are not here to cry

You were happy and the flowers were crowning you

Pure like a child

And the hills of love in the beginning of dawn

And now everything has faded

****

The dark sand expands in front of me

And the memory storms with us

But there, in the dreams

The lights of love enlightened our nights

Like a small, blue and flying butterfly

That's carried by the hands of the wind ...

Like a jewel of an amazing necklace

This necklace gets withered soon in the unknown

For seconds I saw happiness

And how it shined, rose and disappeared

An explanation of this piece from the arabic poems :

Abdel Moneim Al-Alam succeeded in expressing his feelings with fluent expressions such as “the exile of the kisses” “withered soon in the unknown” and “the red pain”, this poem is a long run of beauty. We can see the disappointment in the inners of the poet through the short hope here:

For seconds I saw happiness

And how it shined, rose and disappeared

Mr. Abdel Moneim had an uncertain sprit that allowed him to create a lot of interesting poetic meanings, like most lovers he suffered from love, his memories of his lost loves tortured him beautifully. He remembered his love mode as a great light:

."The lights of love enlightened our nights"

He missed all of that:

."now everything has faded"
